“The highlight of my recent,
brief visit to Scotland.”.
Don’t be surprised if you see strange goings-on in the Land Sea and Islands Centre after the doors have closed for the day. It’s a popular place for small community events and meetings of all kinds, and a great location for crafts and workshops.
Over the years we have held a variety of talks and presentations, many of them with a natural history theme. They are always lively events, well-illustrated and full of fascinating information. So watch this page for all the latest forthcoming events of all types, and come along!
We welcome enquiries from community groups and individuals. Drop in or send us an email if you want to use the Centre for an event or you have any queries about our facilities. We have disabled access, a small car park and accessible toilets.
